Valid driver's license (Class D or higher)
Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Background check clearance
Vehicle inspection certification

Key Driver Duties
Safely transport elderly and disabled patients to medical appointments
Assist passengers with entering and exiting vehicles
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic maintenance checks
Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
Communicate professionally with patients and dispatchers
Document trip information accurately
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
Handle medical equipment and mobility devices appropriately
Respond to emergency situations calmly and professionally
Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information (HIPAA compliance)
